Marina del Rey is home to the Marina, the world's largest man-made small craft harbor with 19 marinas. Located in Westside Los Angeles county, Marina del Rey has a population of about 9,000 residents that range from students to professionals. The median age is 40 but the largest group of residents is comprised of 25-44 year olds.
